Primary Responsibilities
- Managing Equity Swaps Risk products and positions to Firm books and records and investigation and resolution of breaks to minimize booking errors and thus to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Performing reconciliation to make sure all systema are in line.
- Monitoring of specific system error queues, which require investigation and resolution to ensure the trade flows downstream.
- Recording & Processing Corporate action related Cash events
- Reconciliation of Traders Risk products and positions to Firm books and records and investigation and resolution of breaks
- Exceptions management for DSP Trading business
- To ensure any queries and BU requests are communicated appropriately to the relevant individuals/teams and to escalate any issues which could have an impact on the firm's franchise.
- Partner with technology, operations, sales and trading to lead projects using the Agile methodology to streamline existing functions and enable new business.
- The role involves building and maintaining relationships with the regional Equity Swap Teams, the Business Unit, IT and other operational support areas to ensure that controls are maintained, and breaks are understood and resolved in a timely manner.
- Govern the Weekly KRI's, KPI's, Depth Charts, Weekly Risk Metrics weekly and ensuring home testing for critical Reps is completed on monthly basis.

- Equity Swap products knowledge will be added advantage.

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, and/or other relevant applications
- Ability to quickly digest new information and learn new businesses and processes

- 2-3 years of experience with operations team
- Contract duration – 1 Year (As discussed)
- ASIA Shift and Open for EMEA shift as well
- WFO/Hybrid – Both
- Exposure with Equity Trade lifecycle process – Like Confirms, Settlements or Assets Services/Corporate actions
- Exposure to Equity Swaps or middle office functions would be added advantage
- Good communication skill & sound knowledge on Microsoft office systems
