Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and validate global corporate action announcements across multiple custodians, markets, and asset classes. Interpret event terms accurately, ensuring correct classification.
· Process both mandatory and voluntary events, including managing client and front-office elections with precision.
· Reconcile discrepancies between custodians, vendors, and internal systems, ensuring breaks are resolved promptly.
· Ensure accurate posting of entitlements—cash, securities, proceeds, and adjustments—to portfolios.
· Act as a liaison with custodians, brokers, portfolio managers, and operations stakeholders to investigate issues and ensure timely resolution.
· Maintain strong risk and control standards by adhering to audit requirements, following documented procedures, and escalating exceptions as needed.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at automation, process optimisation, and reducing operational risk.
· Contribute to operational readiness for market changes, system migrations, or new product launches.

We Are Looking For
· Experience in Corporate Actions Operations, Asset Servicing, or related Investment Operations roles.
· Strong understanding of corporate action event types and global market practices.
· Ability to analyse complex event documentation and interpret entitlements correctly.
· Experience working with custodians, data vendors, or investment managers.
· A strong control mindset with meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and risk awareness.
· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
· Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in operational platforms (e.g., BRS Aladdin, SimCorp, Bloomberg, WM); experience with automation tools is a plus.
· A collaborative, proactive team player with ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
