Overview

Client's Enterprise AI Agents Engineering team seeks a Process Analyst to liaison between engineering and cross-functional business stakeholders. Responsible for eliciting and documenting business processes, translating them into structured requirements, and validating delivered solutions against acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery sessions with SMEs across business units to map current-state processes
  • Produce process documentation (BPMN diagrams, swim lanes, data flow diagrams, specifications)
  • Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements for engineering
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to prioritize and scope automation opportunities
  • Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered solutions against requirements
  • Maintain a centralized process repository and knowledge base
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, and blockers across parallel workstreams
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder sign-off processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in process analysis, business analysis, or requirements engineering in enterprise IT
  • Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and produce structured documentation
  • Process modeling proficiency (BPMN 2.0, UML activity diagrams, swim lanes)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio, or equivalent
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Experience with distributed teams across multiple time zones

Nice to Have

  • IT operations, enterprise software, or technology consulting background
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and intelligent automation
  • RPA experience (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or CBAP/CCBA certification
  • Semiconductor or hardware manufacturing industry experience
