Job Title: Global Travel Program Analyst
Department: Strategic Sourcing
Position Summary
The Global Travel Program Analyst supports the Sr. Sourcing Manager, Corporate Travel, in the day-to-day operation of the company’s global travel program. This role serves as a primary operational contact for travel and corporate card–related matters, ensuring a seamless traveler experience, policy compliance, and effective use of travel technologies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Global Travel Program Operations
- Support the daily administration of the global travel program, ensuring compliance with company policies, service standards, and supplier agreements.
- Serve as a first point of contact for traveler inquiries and service issues; resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases as appropriate.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support travel booking tools and related technologies to ensure consistent functionality and adoption.
- Partner with the Travel Management Company (TMC) and internal stakeholders to address service issues and improve traveler experience.
- Coordinate with the Global Security team to support duty-of-care requirements and traveler safety processes.
Corporate Credit Card Program Administration
- Support the administration of the corporate credit card program, including card issuance, maintenance, and compliance monitoring.
- Provide guidance to employees on proper card usage and resolve card-related issues in partnership with the card issuer.
- Collaborate with the Global Expense team to troubleshoot card and expense-related issues and support timely reconciliation.
Policy, Compliance & Communication
- Support adherence to corporate travel and card policies and assist with policy updates as needed.
- Educate employees on travel program guidelines, tools, and best practices.
- Identify recurring issues, policy gaps, or process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyze operational metrics related to travel and card program activity (e.g., issue volume, tool adoption, compliance trends).
- Prepare basic reports and insights to support program optimization and stakeholder decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate travel operations or travel management companies
- Working knowledge of travel and expense platforms (e.g., Concur Travel & Expense) and corporate card tools (e.g., American Express @ Work).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
