Role Profile:
We are looking for a candidate to provide cover within our Central Compliance team. This will primarily be a “BAU” role, focusing on day-to-day tasks/processes and will report to the Director, Central Compliance who is based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
• Personal Account Dealing:
o daily review of system alerts for potential breaches of policy
o following up with employees as necessary and drafting breach emails
o understanding policy requirements
o assisting on queries
o work with vendor to remove false positive alerts
• System tasks:
o Day-to-day administration of the Central Compliance System (CCS)
o Complete daily/weekly/monthly system tasks including activating new users, assigning New Joiner Certifications
o Raise support tickets with vendor when needed
o Support with ad-hoc data tasks/configuration/testing as required
Candidate Profile:
• 1-5years working in Financial Services, ideally in large organisations
• Prior experience of working in Compliance/Risk/Operations (prioritised but not necessary)
• Prior experience with large number of different stakeholders (prioritised but not necessary)
• Able to comfortably use MS Office 365 including Excel
• Able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Good time management skills
