Primary Responsibilities

 

- Own the assigned projects or streams, initiate and coordinate the necessary changes until timely resolution

- Create project plan, record delivery milestones in agreement with the IT partners, establish project governance and structure for larger scale change initiatives

- Prepare user acceptance test cases, coordinates user testing with all the impacted stakeholders.

- Communicate project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.

- Develop strong relationships with IT colleagues to design, develop and implement technology platforms to deliver solutions to these business requirements.

- Hold demo sessions and train the users on the newly developed systems and tools before handing it over to the Run-The-Bank Operations team.

- Coordinate sign off on requirements

- Understand a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the AGILE approach and how it is applied in the daily change management

- Support the delivery of business and operations driven equity projects as an Operations Specialist within the Equity Transformation team

- Support and lead the requirement/user story creation and testing for project

- Process mapping of current process to understand future state

- Analyse and track ambiguous or complex issues, identifies root causes and proposes future actions.
-May be required to build and manage relationships on a day to day level internally within Operations, with Business Unit partners, other Morgan Stanley infrastructure departments, and external contact points.
- Identification and timely escalation of risk items to management
- Pro-actively contribute towards the drive to create capacity

 

- Quickly digest new information and learn new businesses and processes

- Excellent communication skills

- Multi-task and prioritize tasks according to criticality

- Solid project management and business analysis experience

- Effectively coordinate individuals in other divisions

- Manage a diverse portfolio of work across a variety of areas

- Analyse requirements and determine testing mechanisms

- Experiencing of testing in ALM and the AGILE approach and how it is applied in the daily change management.

- Prior product knowledge equity products or a similar asset class is preferred but not essential

- Alteryx, Power BI, AI skill sets would be preferred

 

 

 

 

1.Years of exp – 7 to 10 years

2.Contract duration – 6months extendable to a year

3.Shift timing – EMEA shift (12-10)

4.Location – Bangalore

5.WFO/Hybrid – Hybrid, Needed in office for 3 days at least

6.Acceptabe notice period – 2 months maximum

7.Must have skill –

Ability to manage senior stakeholders, negotiate trade-offs, and drive alignment.

Good communication skills - Crisp verbal & written communication tailored to executives, teams, and clients.

Translating business strategy into multi-year program plans.

Understanding dependencies, resource constraints, and risk patterns.

Experience in running governance for programs

Solid project management and business analysis experience

Effectively coordinate individuals in other divisions

Good expertise in Data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/PPT)
