Consultant, IT – HR Tech Lead
Business Title: LMS Technical Lead
Job Responsibilities:
The IT Learning Management System Technical lead will be responsible for helping to guide the evolution of our Learning Management Platform. They will be responsible for working with client Learning Management team, IT Functional Lead and other stakeholders to help design and implement new functionality, custom solutions, enhancements, and resolve complex issues related to the operation of our Learning management systems.
Will lease with the Foundation Program team to provide guidance on the separation of client, helping identify the best approach to resolve issues. This role will be a Subject Matter Expert in Cornerstone and our LMS ecosystem helping define and build integrations with other supporting systems such as Workday and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, assess, and resolve business problems for Learning Management Applications
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analysts, and other IT functions
• Define, design, document and help build integrations.
• Define, design and document business and process flows.
• Develop test scenarios/scripts and execute testing, obtaining objective evidence that meets each test.
• Drive stability into the platform by partnering with the LMS team and vendors.
• Work with management and LMS team to help manage vendor performance and quality.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures to standardize tasks for consistency in operations.
• Work with 3rd parties, other IT teams, and/or business partner when issues are found; manage issues to closure.
• Help create, manage, and enforce IT Controls, validation and change control, policies, and procedures.
• Manage or participate in system enhancements/releases.
• Put together work plans, track project work. Independently manage tasks assigned.
• Participate in agile or SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) based project teams.
• Communicate status, solutions, and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team.
• Perform tasks with minimum direction, independently manage complex problems, guide others

• Experience working with vendors and third-party providers on product features, releases, and issue resolution.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or appropriate experience.
• 9+ years of experience in Information Systems, with extensive experience in LMS technologies focused on Cornerstone.
• Expertise in the operation and configuration of Cornerstone.
• Experience related to Software as Service (SaaS)
• Experience with ITSM Process; experience with Service Now or Jira is preferred
• Experience with multiple HR technologies is a plus.
• Experience integrating LMS applications with enterprise systems such as Workday, Identity Access Management (IAM), ERP (JD Edwards), OKTA (SSO).
• Understanding of Web Services and API technologies (Application Programming Interface) such as (SOAP, REST)
• Experience with large IT programs encompassing internal and external staffing
