Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Team Leads and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Strategize and implement effective recruiting methods to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Draft and post engaging job advertisements across job portals, social media, and other platforms.
  • Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others to source and manage candidates effectively.
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
  • Continuously stay updated on market trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills must be confident while interacting with both candidates and clients.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS tools and hands-on experience with job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.
  • Smart, hardworking, and result-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of recruitment policies, methods, and compliance norms.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in domestic technical recruitment.
  • Experience in BFSI, IT, or technology hiring will be an added advantage.
