PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The purpose of this position is to provide support to both internal and external customers, providing them with a professional, accurate, and efficient response that will help them to achieve their requirements and to build a good rapport with customers for the growth of the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Entering all email and fax orders accurately for North America as per agreed timelines.
• Enter the orders and quotes accurately in ERP/Salesforce as per the rules/SOP.
• Basic knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
• Should understand business knowledge in Order to Cash cycle.
• Ensure expected order entry productivity and accuracy are maintained consistently.
• Identify and follow up customer specific requirements.
• Any other additional tasks depending on the specific country or organization as requested by Team Lead / Supervisor.
• Maintain & update process-related documents in a timely manner.
• Should be able to handle all process-related queries.
• Manage the customer requests like providing ETA, Invoice, or any other documents as per SOP.
• Proper response to email queries received from the customers or internal team.
• Maintain a positive and flexible attitude.
• Learning additional activities in the team and delivering the results effectively.
• Willing to work in Night shift.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
• Graduation in any discipline.
Experience:
• Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English. Moreover, should have the capability to work with a team from different geographies and people from diverse backgrounds.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, Email & Internet.
• Should have good keyboard skills.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT).
• Should have basic knowledge of SAP / Oracle and all transactions used for downloading the reports.
• The ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing the changing demands; demonstrate a high sense of urgency
TECHNICAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
1. SAP / Oracle user knowledge – Basic Proficiency expected
§ Some Basics of SAP (Quote and Order Management).
§ Navigating different transaction and screens
§ Ability to perform right search as per requirement
§ Should be able to enter data in the system with all the required parameters, under supervision from experts. Understanding different T-Codes and its impact on the results
2. Microsoft Office- Basic Proficiency expected
§ Computer operating knowledge.
§ Familiar with interne google mail and Lotus notes
§ Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excess and Power point.
3. Key Board Skills– Basic Proficiency expected
§ Basic knowledge in operating keyboard
§ Should have good keyboard skills.
§ Should have excellent skills in operating keyboard and should be aware of all the keyboard shortcuts to achieve maximum throughput
4. Communication Skills (Written/Spoken English)– Basic Proficiency expected
§ Good knowledge in written and spoken English
