System Administrator

 Role: System Administrator

 Location: Vadodara
 Experience: 4–6 Years

Work Taming 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

 

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Infrastructure                     

  • Manage Microsoft 365 (users, access, security policies)
  • Handle AWS infrastructure (EC2, IAM, monitoring)
  • Maintain server environment (Windows/Linux)

Security & Compliance

  • Configure and manage SonicWall firewall & VPN
  • Monitor logs (M365, AWS, servers) and respond to incidents
  • Manage endpoint security (Trend Micro or similar)
  • Implement MFA, access control, and user lifecycle
  • Perform backup, patching, and disaster recovery
  • Support ISO 27001 compliance, audits, and documentation

Identity & Access Management

  • Manage user lifecycle (Joiner-Move-Leave process)
  • Enforce Role-Based Access Control

Communication Systems

  • Manage VoIP systems, Pivo, and Twilio
  • Troubleshoot call flow and telephony-related issues

Must-Have Skills

Required Skills

  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • AWS fundamentals (EC2, IAM)
  • Networking (Firewall, VPN, NAT)
  • Security tools & incident handling
  • Basic scripting (PowerShell/Bash)

Preferred

  • ISO 27001 exposure.
  • Experience with SIEM/log monitoring tools.
  • Experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
  • VoIP / Twilio knowledge.
  • Relevant certifications (AWS, Microsoft, Security).
