System Administrator
Role: System Administrator
Location: Vadodara
Experience: 4–6 Years
Work Taming 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Manage Microsoft 365 (users, access, security policies)
- Handle AWS infrastructure (EC2, IAM, monitoring)
- Maintain server environment (Windows/Linux)
Security & Compliance
- Configure and manage SonicWall firewall & VPN
- Monitor logs (M365, AWS, servers) and respond to incidents
- Manage endpoint security (Trend Micro or similar)
- Implement MFA, access control, and user lifecycle
- Perform backup, patching, and disaster recovery
- Support ISO 27001 compliance, audits, and documentation
Identity & Access Management
- Manage user lifecycle (Joiner-Move-Leave process)
- Enforce Role-Based Access Control
Communication Systems
- Manage VoIP systems, Pivo, and Twilio
- Troubleshoot call flow and telephony-related issues
Must-Have Skills
Required Skills
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- AWS fundamentals (EC2, IAM)
- Networking (Firewall, VPN, NAT)
- Security tools & incident handling
- Basic scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
Preferred
- ISO 27001 exposure.
- Experience with SIEM/log monitoring tools.
- Experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
- VoIP / Twilio knowledge.
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Microsoft, Security).
