Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Communication Intern to join our Global Health Organization Digital Development IT team. The intern will play a crucial role in enhancing internal communications by assisting in the compilation and design of various communication materials. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications within a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly Newsletter:
Compile and design content using the Newsletter tool for the GHO DD IT monthly newsletter.
Collaborate with team members to gather relevant information and visuals.
Video Recordings:
Assist in the production of video content, including Leaders’s Newsletter intro.
Work with provided video scripts from management to ensure quality and consistency.
Ad-Hoc Messages:
Compile and design ad-hoc messages from Leaders to the team, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Organization Chart:
Format and design PowerPoint slides for the organization chart, ensuring visual appeal and accuracy.
Master Data Team’s Newsletter:
Support the design and compilation of the Master Data Team’s Newsletter in collaboration with Respective leaders
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Basic video editing skills are a plus.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A creative mindset with a passion for communication and design.
