Lead/Senior – Financial & Reporting Analyst

Role Overview
The Lead/Senior – Financial & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for designing, establishing, and operating a financial governance function for private customer connectivity costs, recovery management, and commercial pricing policy strategies.
The position partners closely with Network, Product, Commercial, Vendor Management, and Finance teams. The Lead will own the end-to-end reporting, analytics, financial insight generation, and anomaly detection across customer connectivity costs, P&L, subsidies, and recoveries, ensuring alignment with business strategy and profitability targets.
This role requires strong financial analytics, stakeholder management, problem-solving capability, and the ability to translate complex cost structures into actionable commercial recommendations. The individual will also support vendor renewal validations, HVD submissions, and pricing strategy improvements.
Produce regular reporting of Customer Connectivity Product P&L, providing insights on cost trends, recovery performance, and profitability.

Skills & Experience Required
Technical & Financial Expertise
• Strong experience in financial analysis, product P&L management, cost modeling, and commercial pricing.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets into business-relevant insights.
• Good understanding of telecom/network connectivity cost structures (NNI, MPLS, hardware, maintenance, routing infrastructure).
• Proven ability to identify anomalies, drive root-cause resolution, and implement corrective actions.

Tools & Systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / financial modelling.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
• SAP / Oracle / TM1 experience preferred (or similar ERP/financial systems).

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7–12 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, cost management, connectivity/telecom finance, or technology product finance.
• Experience in pricing, product profitability, or vendor financial oversight is advantageous.
