Cloud SaaS Engineer – DevSecOps

ROLE SUMMARY

 

We are seeking a Cloud SaaS Engineer (DevSecOps-focused) to design, secure, deploy, and operate cloud-native infrastructure for enterprise SaaS applications. This role owns CI/CD automation, cloud security, identity management, and platform reliability, ensuring secure-by-design, scalable, and audit-ready SaaS environments across Azure and AWS.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, provision, and manage secure cloud infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS for SaaS platforms
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins with security gates
  • Implement DevSecOps controls including secrets scanning, vulnerability scanning, policy enforcement, and release approvals
  • Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) following security best practices
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep with version control
  • Design and manage IAM, RBAC, SSO integrations, credential rotation, and least-privilege access
  • Monitor platform health and security using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Datadog, or similar tools
  • Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery, failover, and incident response strategies
  • Optimize cloud cost, performance, and security posture
  • Maintain runbooks, operational documentation, and compliance-ready artifacts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or DevSecOps for SaaS platforms
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container security
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation and pipeline governance
  • Good understanding of cloud networking, IAM, security, and DevSecOps principles
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, incident, and vulnerability management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting multi-tenant SaaS architectures
  • Experience with SSO, identity federation (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), and IAM governance
  • Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400) or equivalent
  • Experience working in compliance-driven environments (SOC 2, ISO, audits)
