• Advanced Written Communication Skills: Ability to draft, edit, proof-read, and format diverse documents such as research papers and speeches, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Attention to Detail: Precision in maintaining document integrity and ensuring error-free written materials.

• Data Management & Entry Proficiency: Competence in efficiently handling electronic and paper filing systems, including accurate data entry and archiving.

• Organisational Skills: Capability to manage diaries, schedule meetings, arrange travel itineraries, and coordinate logistics seamlessly.

• Effective Communication: Skill in receiving, relaying, and managing telephone messages from internal and external stakeholders, facilitating timely communication.

• Administrative Operations Management: Ability to oversee daily business unit operations, address administrative needs, and support smooth functioning.

• Teamwork & Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration with other administrative staff, fostering coordinated efforts and effective communication across the organisation.

Description:

• Document Management: Responsible for producing, editing, proof-reading, and formatting a wide range of documents, including research papers and speeches. Ensures accuracy and consistency in all written materials.

• Data Entry & Filing: Maintains comprehensive electronic and paper filing systems, including archiving important documents and entering relevant data efficiently and accurately.

• Scheduling & Coordination: Manages diaries, schedules meetings, and arranges travel itineraries for individuals, teams, or departments. Coordinates logistics to facilitate smooth operations.

• Communication Handling: Receives and relays telephone messages from both internal and external sources, ensuring timely and effective communication within and outside the organisation.

• Operational Support: Oversees the day-to-day running of the assigned business unit, addressing administrative needs and providing support to ensure seamless functioning.

• Team Collaboration: Works closely with other administrative support staff to foster strong communication and collaboration, ensuring coordinated efforts across the organisation
