What You’ll Do

  • Create and update client, issuer, and vendor reference data by reviewing approved sources and documentation to ensure operational and regulatory accuracy.
  • Perform research-driven analysis and due diligence to maintain complete, current, and reliable reference data.
  • Process Corporate Actions and maintain reference data by validating approved sources and updating records and hierarchies for changes such as mergers, name, or address updates.
  • Conduct research using internal documentation, open sources, and regulatory or public websites to validate and support reference data updates.
  • Work with business units and stakeholders to support regulatory and data quality requirements, raising questions, discrepancies, or gaps as identified.
  • Maintain internal systems with appropriate documentation, perform data quality checks, and consistently meet accuracy, control, and audit standards.
  • Support day-to-day BAU delivery within an assigned process or queue, escalating issues or dependencies to the manager when required.
  • Share knowledge and best practices informally to support team consistency and efficiency.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring data issues, inefficiencies, or errors through analysis and research.

What You’ll Bring (Temp – North America Shift)

  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and data discipline.
  • Comfortable working in a research-focused role, reviewing documents, open sources, and regulatory or public websites.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess information, identify gaps, and apply judgment within defined processes.
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage BAU volumes, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Clear and concise communicator, able to raise questions or issues promptly and appropriately.
  • Self-starter with a proactive working style
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Graduate from a recognized institution.
  • Exposure to Power BI, Alteryx, or UI Path is an advantage.

Shift & Location

  • North America shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
  • Flexibility required to adjust shift timings and provide occasional additional coverage as needed
  • Required to work on Indian holidays, aligned to business demand
  • Location: Mumbai
